By purchasing a ticket to or attending an event hosted, promoted, or presented by The Remix CT, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable event and venue policies.

Admission & Identification:
Admission is subject to the age requirements listed for each event. A valid, government-issued photo ID may be required for entry. Purchasing a ticket does not override venue policies, dress codes, security procedures, age restrictions, or identification requirements.

Tickets & Refunds:
Unless otherwise stated, ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not guarantee admission if an attendee fails to comply with event or venue policies. Refunds for canceled or rescheduled events will be handled according to the policy communicated for that specific event and/or the applicable ticketing platform.

Event Changes:
Event details, including DJs, performers, venues, schedules, programming, and other advertised features, are subject to change when reasonably necessary. The Remix CT will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

Photography & Recording:
Photography and video recording may occur at The Remix CT events. By entering the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or video used to document and promote The Remix CT, subject to applicable law.

Conduct & Safety:
The Remix CT is committed to creating an enjoyable and respectful environment. Harassment, violence, threatening behavior, or conduct that endangers attendees, staff, performers, or venue personnel may result in removal from the event without refund.

Venue Policies:
The Remix CT may promote or produce events at independently owned and operated venues. Venue management and security may enforce their own rules and retain authority over admission, alcohol service, security, and removal from the premises.

Personal Property:
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Remix CT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Assumption of Risk:
Attendance at nightlife and entertainment events involves ordinary risks associated with crowded public environments. By attending, guests voluntarily assume those ordinary risks to the extent permitted by applicable law.
